For my undergraduate dissertation at ÌÇÐÄvlog, I am investigating the predictors of burnout amongst sports coaches and support staff. The research is based on a 10–15 minute questionnaire investigating the role of organisational stress and mindset in terms of predicting burnout within this sample.
